Shekhar Bobby Saraf, a 1996 graduate of NLSIU Bangalore is among 5 other lawyers who are going to be elevated to the position of a Judge at the Calcutta High Court.
Protik Prokash Banerjee, who’s written at least a dozen articles for Lawctopus (see here and here) and has supported us immensely in the past too will be a HC judge soon.
The other lawyers who’ll soon be on the other side of the fence are Rajshekhar Mantha, Sabyashachi Bhattacharyya, Mousumi Bhattacharyya and Rajjoshri Bharadaj.
