First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
On the very first day, I met Mr. Prateek Kasliwal (head of the law firm) and had a conversation with him.
He motivated us and made us understand the actual task of a lawyer.
He then directed us towards the other associates and there we were assigned the work.
Main tasks
The main task at this internship involved research and drafting of PILs. How PILs are a major tool for the change in the society, I learnt it by working at this law firm.
Also, we were given the work related to the civil and corporate matters which included file briefing, framing arguments, etc. and we had the visits of different courts with the Sir during this internship.
Work environment and people
The work environment was very understanding at The Law Desk. The associates are very helping and supportive in nature. One can ask them whatever doubts and queries he have without any hesitation.
Mr. Prateek Kasliwal do gives importance to the interns and was a mentor and guide for us.
Best things
The best thing of the internship was that one can directly interact with Mr. Prateek Kasliwal if he is facing any kind of problem or if he needs any help. He treated us like his friend and gave us ample of opportunities to learn and sharpen ourselves.
Bad things
No bad experiences.
Stipend
We were paid the stipend of Rs.3000 /-
Biggest Lessons
The biggest lesson is that hard work and smart work should always go simultaneously as both are the basic ingredients which a lawyer must possess in himself.

Accommodation
I am from Jaipur only, so there was no need of accommodation.
Office Timings
The office timings were from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. but one was free to work beyond that also.
