First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The first impression was pretty good are head coordinator ma’am was not present at my first day at the organization, so we interacted with the student coordinator at the first day.
All the interns were made to write an application each to conform that we will be working there for are determinant time period.
We were than given a lecture on constitutional laws and other laws. We had to attend the session court next day so we were also given detailed information about how the session court.
Main tasks
We visited various courts including high court, session court, family court, consumer forum etc. We were given long lecture sessions on various rights.
Also we were shown various educational acts and videos after which the interns were given a task to visit a near by village and conduct a survey on facilities provided to menstruating women in the village.
We were made to visit several other NGO’s during the course to are internship and we were suppose to submit report on the same.
It is a very active organization and plenty of work to do.
Work environment and people
All the members of PUCL were amazing, cooperative and helpful. All the fellow interns were awesome.
Best things
I received many live lessons. we traveled various to villages and realized the we are extremely blessed to live such comfortable life.

Biggest Lessons
It was a life changing experience. we learned a lot about how various organizations work for the rights of various under privileged section of the society.
Accommodation
I stayed in a PG. People at PUCL suggested me the PG named Ajmera at Barkat Nagar, Tonk Road. I paid Rs. 7000 for 1 month for an AC room for 1 month.
The stay was average. We could also find better pg around.
Office Timings
Normally the timing are 10 am – 7 pm, however it depends on the work allotted to you and the timings may vary according to the work.
