First Impressions
I simply had a brief introduction with Rajiv Shukla Sir and other associates.
On my first day, I was asked to do a case study and do research regarding arbitration proceedings. I was very much impressed by the good, calm and professional environment, on my first day itself.
The environment of Justitia Law Offices remained same till last day, as it was on my first day. All associates/mentors were very helpful, friendly and of joyous nature.
Main Tasks Assigned
As the firm deals with various spheres of civil litigation such as arbitration, corporate law, intellectual property rights, labour laws, employees provident fund etc.,
I was mainly given research work relating to the above said litigation matters and to find judgements according to the instructions and guidance given by my mentors, Twisha Ma’am and Shubham Sir.
In addition to above tasks, I was also asked by Rajiv Shukla Sir to make presentation on the designs, the copyrights and the trademarks.
Court Visits
High Court, District Courts and Tribunals visits were done on regular basis. My main task was to note the proceedings in detail in High Court and District Courts and to assist in ongoing legal proceedings in the Courts and Tribunals.

5) Had a fair share of interaction with each other during leisure time or during lunch time. Still a learning experience!!
