Duration of internship and timings
I did intern for one month during my winter vacation after my 1st semester.The timing were feasible from 11:00 am till 3:00 pm.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
First impression was good as the office members were quite cooperative and they were friendly. They enquired about my college ,rules and regulations so that I can open up with them. HRLN office is small.
Main tasks
I think it’s the best place to start interning as a first year student. I did learn how to file an RTI and then I went with my co interns to District Court, High Court and also given to prepare a report on a case, read files related to cases.
I think the freshers should intern once in HRLN.
Work environment and people
Work Environment at HRLN Ranchi was good. Everyone was quite cooperative and sometimes enjoyed with us. Everyone was punctual and they worked hard with the co interns.
Best things
People were friendly. They never bothered you with work.You just have to complete the work with perfection.
Bad things
The office was quite small and was not well maintained.

Never be in a hurry to complete work,but complete the work perfectly.
