First Day
Its necessary to create a first impression. On first day we need to fill a form for internship.
We had a small meeting with the owner of the firm and then each intern was assigned their guide.
The infrastructure was good having two floor offices.
We used to sit on 1st floor in the conference as they were not having any separate place for interns.
Main tasks
The main task was to researching and finding of cases.
We used to draft an SLP, client counselling etc.
There was not much work to do in the firm.
Work environment
Work environment was very good.
All the associates were cooperating, they treat interns as their colleagues.
The other co interns were also very good.
There were so many restaurants near the office, one can go there to have there lunch.
Best things
The best was that they treat interns as their colleague and they teach them if they didn’t understand anything.
The co interns were also nice so we had a good fun there along with internship.
Bad things
There were no bad things as such.
The only thing which I didn’t like was that there was no facility for refreshment for the interns.
The interns were not having a proper place to sit.

Biggest Lessons
The biggest lesson was that for dealing with company law one should be through with the minute concepts of company law and should do the firm with full care and caution.
