Application Process
I got the internship through a contact, I am the first intern here.
Duration of internship and timings
4 weeks internship i.e from 7th July till 2nd August.
Timings were from 9:30 till 6:30 but I usually left by 5 or 5:30.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
I was just asked to be punctual, an access card was issued to me.
The office was quite big and was separated into two parts i.e one where all the Lawyers, Development people sat and the other where the finance account people sat.
Main tasks
ReNew Power Ventures Pvt. Ltd, an Independent Power Producer company, is committed to leading a change in the country’s current energy portfolio by delivering cleaner and smarter energy choices and thereby reducing India’s carbon footprint.
So basically one here has to deal with the agreements, Non circumvent non disclosure agreements , MOU & A, Land development agreements,etc.
I made reports on how agricultural land can be acquired in various states, the process of conversion of agricultural land into industrial land, reviewing of land development agreements, drafted MOU, MOA and some NDA too.
Work environment and people
The people were very cordial and considerate, they encouraged me throughout my internship, made be become more ardent towards work.
Best things
They never made be sit idle and when I was sitting idle or had no work, I was allowed to go home.

Biggest Lessons
I would say with each internship you get to learn a lot, so make as many mistakes as you want right now to become a master in future (do learn from your mistakes too).
