Application Process
I applied in month of December during my winter internship, but applying before 1 month is acceptable.
Duration of internship and timings
I intern in month of March of 2014 for one month, as it was compulsory internship made by my college.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
First day of an internship was quite good as read on Lawctopus. I was dressed in formal as expected dress code of intern.
Office infrastructure was much better than expectation. There were no interaction session by senior associate of firm, like other law firm.
Main tasks
Task allotted was a legal research by using legal database (like : Manupatra , SCC online etc). I intern in month of March therefore I experience lot of Court visit accompanying associates in their matter.
Work environment and people
Work environment was sort of friendly because of youngish associates, but they were more concern about work rather than gossiping and leg pulling.
Best things
The best thing about internship was got to learn different research skill and new law which never read before in academic syllabus or as usual.
Bad things
No chilling up place around office, because office is situated in fully commercial area were such place are not establish. Stipend Based on performance
Biggest Lessons
Biggest lesson I learn during this internship was given work should be completed in given time, because it pays bad impression about your moral ethics.
