Name of Organisation, City?
Agarwal Law Associates, New Delhi
Duration of internship?
3 weeks
How big was the office? Team Strength?
Agarwal Law Associates’ team consisted of about 20-25 people
Application Procedure? Internship contact details?
I applied using a contact, however, you can call up the office and get details from the HR Department.
Timings? Number of working days per week?
Monday to Saturday, though Saturdays were a bit lazy. When I interned, the SC was closed, so there was less work and I used to leave early.
Accommodation: how? where? reviews?
My parents stay in Delhi so, no accommodation problem
First Impression? First day? Formalities?
First impression was not the best, but gradually I started liking. No formalities as such, just a black and white formal dress code
Main Tasks?
Reading case briefs, attending relevant cases, making case notes, researching many laws, attending conferences, etc.
Work Environment? People?
Agarwal Law Associates has nice people, though don’t expect a totally friendly environment.
Best things?
The office and the coffee machine. Also the environment was very good.
What did you do to chill? Co-interns?
I was the only intern at that point and as I left early… I did not need time to chill.
Biggest lessons?
I learnt how white-collar jobs are as difficult as other jobs.
