The School of Law (The ICFAI University), Dehradun is pleased to announce the N.J. YASASWY MEMORIAL NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2015 that is scheduled to be held from 16th – 17th of October 2015.
The moot proposition has been designed on established principles of Humanitarian law and Constitutional Laws which will provide Mooters with a panorama of unconventional and extraordinary legal issues to deal with.
It also deals with varied arena of Criminal Laws to provide participants a comparative perspective in order to analyze socio-legal situations wherein medical jurisprudence plays a vital role as specified in the problem.
This would be a great experience for the participants to interpret and analyze the interrelated issues.
Trophies, awards and certificate of merit shall be provided for the following categories:
1. Best Team
2. Runner-up Team
3. Best Memorial
4. Best Speaker
