About
The present seminar emphasizes the need and relevance of public and transactional laws and focuses upon the interface between human rights, property rights and other relevant right centered regimes and international laws. It seeks to highlight the developments in the public and transactional laws with reference to UK and India.
It is an opportunity to explore the changes that have taken place so that the law teachers and law students can contribute towards enhancement of the ambit of this multidimensional approach to the new avenues that are fast becoming relevant in international transactions and human rights. The aim of the Seminar would is to explore the diversities in law in a globalized world.
