Application Process

Duration of internship and timings
I did internship for a month in December 2012.
Timing are 10:30 till 3 pm i.e., court hours and then in evening 7-9 pm (optional)
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
First day, sir introduced me to his employee and give me brief outline how the proceeding go and different types of court and what cases go in which court. The main office was walking distance from court. it was at 1st floor, and was very spacious.
Main tasks
Main task was to attend court with sir and find case laws.
Sir used to clear the basic concepts of law in the evening session.
Work environment and people
Work environment was good and sire met client in front of us so helped in knowing how client counselling is done.
Best things
Best thing is Sir is one of the best Criminal Advocate of city and interning under him is a great experience.
Stipend
No stipend, but generally sir ordered snacks for us.
Biggest Lessons
Even district court are good for practice.
