Duration of internship and timings
3 weeks, Timing from 10 AM to 5 PM.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
On first day I was introduced to every member of the society and given few journals and magazines of the organization to go through. Infrastructure was good but I guess it required renovation.
Main tasks
Drafting various legal documents and researching on various consumers issues. They have a particular set of things that a internee needs to do and undergo.
They assign you various tasks on daily basis which needs to be submitted on time or else the work gets piled up.
Work environment and people
I was working with my fellow internees. They have a kind of very decent environment to work in. Moreover they provide you with various other resources which they received through donations.
Best things
The best things were to watch the mediation going on between their members and other party. One more thing they take you to high courts and consumer forums, which is very exciting
Bad things
Heavy burden of work and last day interview with the head. Even an internee has to pay for internship that was the worst thing.
