Duration of Internship and timings
June – July, 2015
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
On very first day, I want to be there at exact time as it is also said that first impression is the last impression but I took it very seriously and reached half an hour before the ngo opened.
I have to submit my photograph, Bona fide certificate, and one form was filled up by me given by them.
Then they gave me a vouchers to read about their NGO.
Main tasks
The NGO is related to women empowerment and children education in root level.
The main task is that they gave us one simultaneously topic our topic is Judicial review on different case laws.
And then in this particular topic we have to give a presentation in front of chairperson and all other interns.
Then they also gave a field work like they gave an particular area for research about the education of women and children.
It’s a great experience their I learned many things as I don’t know how to manage the field work.
Work environment and people
The work environment is good and relaxed. It’s not like nervous and feel bad but it’s just like that we known to that place from very beginning.
The people there are very helpful and good from nature.
They help us how to manage the field work.
Best things
The best things there are:
Firstly, we gave the first time presentation in front of many people.
Secondly, how to manage the field work.
Thirdly, how to adjust and how to work with unknown people with full dedication.
Fourthly, how to work for sake of others life betterment.
And lastly, the way of work in different field and it’s not only good experience but the greatest experience.
Bad things
Timings are not restricted but relaxed.
But some days they restricted on evening timings.
Next, some interns are good but some are like they just want to come in picnic spot and want that others also not get engage in other work. And these people still work on NGO.
Stipend
As, I m the first intern of second year so that I am not paid by NGO.
Biggest Lessons
The biggest lesson is how to work on bad company but still remain good.
Not to be selfish every time as live for others are the best part of the life.
When you think that you are not feel good and relaxed with some situation than how to run from that situation.
Accommodation
No, I am local. No use of PG.
Office Timings
The timings are:
Morning 10 a’ clock – Evening 4 a’ clock .
No, the time is not strict. It is relaxed and easy to reach.
