First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

A group discussion regarding death penalty with reference to Afzal Guru’s case, approval certificate, small office with a somewhat conjusted place.

Main tasks

Surveys conducted at Jantar Mantar and preparation of reports for the same.

Survey of Shakoor Basti and whole case analysis with report along with court visits for the same pending case.

Work environment and people

Work is basically of surveys and we have to roam around different places for the same.

Advocate N D Pancholi guides us and assign different locations for the survey.

Best things

We get a totally new experience of interrogating the people and taking details of the critical situation.

Along with this, it improved our writing skills as we have to prepare report on each and every situation surveyed.

Bad things

No proper working office as the place is somewhat conjusted.

Most of the time, the work get delayed as there is only one person to assign the work to a lot of people.

Biggest Lessons

As I was the team leader, we have to manage the whole team to accomplish the task assigned to us effectively and efficiently.

There are various opportunities on each and every place whether internship office or college or general life, it is on us how we grab them.
