Single or Sharing: It was a flat, so you could take it single or sharing, but its a three BHK, so sharing would be more suitable.

Amenities: Empty Flat, But society with 24×7 water and guards (too scewed up guards, too many restrictions, felt like a hostel in a flat). Near the Hotel Marriott and there’s a shop just opposite it where you can get whatever you want to.
Rent: 25k per month, 50k security.
Other things: Everything is to be managed on your own.
How was the owner: The owner was amazing, will stand up for you against the security guards and the very idiotic neighbours and society office bearers. But the society as a whole is not live-able if you want your freedom.
You cannot make noise, can’t have girls over in a boy’s flat and vice versa, if you want freedom or want to get people in, you’ll have to bribe the maintenance guy and he’ll give you the way out.
Very good for people who don’t want friends coming to the flat, or don’t make noise, or don’t have a life basically.
