Amenities: Located 1 road away from the Trilegal, New Delhi office. It is a perfect PG for those working at Trilegal. The place is actually an Out-House to the owners big house. The owners are a really nice couple and their is a separate entrance from the back door to the room which takes care of all late-night work hassles.
Rent: 9000/Month. Without food.
Other Things: There is a iron/wash shop 20 steps away. The House is 1 road away from the Trilegal Office, so getting to and back from work is a breeze. It is 2 minutes away from the Kailash Colony Metro Station.
How was the Owner: The back entrance to the room makes things simpler. You don’t disturb the owners that way. They don’t have a problem with smoking or drinking as long as you clear it out. A maid comes in and takes care of the room for about 500 extra. The room is huge with an attached bath. Since it’s single, it’s an amazing place to stay at.
The only bad part is, the back entrance road is slightly off-beat and might seem a little shady in the night. However, over the past 2 months, there were no hassles faced whatsover.
