DHobimart, Maurice Nagar Police station.
Several eating outlets are also situated here. GTB metro station is just at 3-5 minutes walking and DU’s North Campus is barely 15 minutes away.
Rent: Room Rent sharing wise is-
- Single Seater- 5500(without food)
- 2-seater -5000
- 3 seater-4500
Security Money- 11,000 (Rent agreement of 11 months, 1000 will be deducted from it each month and will b included in your rent payable, it wont be returned if u quit before 11 months.
Electricity Charges- Each floor has a meter, total bill gets divided between the 4 girls staying on that floor. Apart from this-
- Laptop Charges- 150
- Cooler-300( In case you are a two seater, You have to pay 150)
- Kettle charges-150
Other things: For laundary- Dhobi Mart, as well as a washer man used to come in the hostel itself and few more are located around. GTB metro station is at a walking distance of 3 minutes, and you will get a bus stop too at 5 mints distnce.
How was the owner: She was okay – mostly concerned with the rent which was payable on every 7th of the month. The night out facility was a little irritating because we needed to get the night out form signed by your parent or local guardian and make the owner/warden talk to them about this. One felt like they were in jail but it makes it pretty safe for Delhi.

I stayed in Amity Mansion in 2007… Very good Pg…. Clean rooms and good neighborhood… Really enjoyed my stay here. One of the few Pg s that provide single room facility but the owner is not good… Money minded….
