Single or Sharing: The landlord rents out the ground, 1st and 2nd floor where every floor has three rooms to itself. One room is meant to accommodate 3-4 based on the time of the year.

Though, given its location advantage, the bunks get filled pretty early into the year. That being said, there are always 2-3 here and there which remain unoccupied thanks to the short-stay tenants like us.

• Single bed/bunk as per your convenience complete with a AC power plug and multiple sockets and cabin fan.
• Kitchen attached with sink and utensil holder and gas connection.
• Toilet bathroom attached.
• TV, fridge, two chairs and a table to each individual.

Rent: 7500 for short term stay (3 months atleast). Otherwise a uniform rent of 5500/-(without food). Tiffin/dabba services available aplenty.

Other things: Cheap laundries nearby. Located very near the main road and hence all provision shops are only just a hop, skip and jump away.

A reasonable cinema hall nearby for late-afternoon entertainment. Dadar Central Station 6 mins walk. Purandare Stadium offers ample breathing space for the fitness conscious. CCD, multiplex, Faaso’s and many fast food snack bars only a stone’s throw away.

About the Owner: Mr Desai is rather very insistent with the monthly rent payments which need to be made over at the beginning of every month.

He is very non-interfering and co-operative otherwise. He proved to be very attentive to tenant’s requests for improvement in facilities.

A bai comes in every afternoon for cleaning and washing. Her charges are exclusive of the rent. Girls are prohibited strictly whereas relatives are permitted subject to prior intimation.
