Ginevra Saylor, National Director of Knowledge Management
As National Director of Knowledge Management, Ginevra develops the firm’s knowledge management strategy and initiatives and leads the KM Lawyers, Business Intelligence, Library and Intranet teams.
Ginevra has worked in law firm knowledge management since 1999 and directed knowledge management at another major Toronto law firm before joining Dentons.
She practised law for nearly ten years as a litigator, primarily in Philadelphia, before moving to Canada in 1994 and taught Civil Trial Advocacy at the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia.
She has several publications to her credit and reputed industry affiliations.
About Topic
Drawing on her 30 years’ experience in the legal profession, the past 17 of which have been in large law firm Knowledge Management, Ginevra will discuss how law firm strategy around Knowledge Management has evolved and developed over the years and where it appears to be headed in the coming years.
She will discuss how Knowledge Management drives revenue, quality, client satisfaction, lawyer recruitment and retention, and overall success in firms of any size, while also addressing the particular benefits of KM in a global firm with offices situated throughout the world.
