First impression

Small office at Manoj sir’s residence..with an old main gate locked campus with many big trees.

I was called on at 9:00 A.M sharp on my first day. I was introduced to other members of the conference.

My work started with reading some cases and knowing about Human Rights. Bit boring and the catalyst to boring mood was the clumsy atmosphere of the office.

Main tasks

Main task was to read the cases and summarise them to sir.

Attending families for hearing their problems with Adv. Salabat Mahato (Legal Advisor of JHRC).

Attend the cases in court, hearing boring arguments and the members of JHRC used to give some of their work to complete and I used to sit calmly and finish their work and what I got at last was lots of appreciation which boosted to every time to from good and best.

Work environment

Work environment was not that great but it was an average one. Depends upon you how you want to feel the environment.

The people were quiet friendly and cooperative with a jovial nature and work was hand on hand with laughter to make work easy.

Best things

Got lots of opportunity to meet big personalities and learn lots of legal work.

Hard work not only pays you financially, but give you INNER SATISFACTION!!
