First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
First day, you will be introduced to all the associates and any of them will give you work. No formalities required.
Main tasks
The main task was to read and analyze case files. Sir also gave us some research work related to company law.
Work environment and people
Every one from associates to staff are helping in nature. They also tell you about basic court details. what you need to do etc.
Best things
The experience for this time was a very different one from the previous one.
Being the first time visit in court, it was a fascinating to observe how things are actually performed in the court placed at the bottom of the Hierarchy.
This experience was better than the previous internship of the NGO, and now we were made more familiar with the procedural aspects of the law. The learning outcome was enriching and has helped me to understand the applicability of laws in this nation.
Also, it was necessary to observe on how legal documents are drafted, how plaints are prepared that are given in courts, how pleadings are made, how matter of facts are expressed and substantiated by providing relevant annexure, documents, and making oral submission and prayers in court.

Overall, this internship has given me the foundation and an overall picture of working of the judicial system of this system, which will help us in all our future internships as well as professional life.
