One can mail Sir at shalabh.adv@gmail.com
Duration of internship and timings
I interned for a period of 30 days i.e. from 1st May 2014 to 30th May 2014
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
When I reached office on the very first day I was highly impressed by the infrastructure of the office. Sir does not take much interns so it is a lot quiet there. Not much formalities you just have to introduce yourself. Office constitutes of Mr. Shalabh Gupta, his co-partner – Mr. Hemant Gupta and 2-3 more associates.
Main tasks
Since, I interned there in my first year when I did not know much laws main task given to me was reading case files and researching.
Work environment and people
Work environment is perfect. Everyone in the office is very friendly and since its a small group they make you feel like you are a part of their family. Sir may even order Lunch for you someday. It was the best environment one can ever get comfortable in.
Best things
Sir gave lots of good advice for my future and also helped a lot in making me understand various things which I was not acquainted with in law. Getting mixed with all the associates was a surprise to me. Everyone is still in touch.
Bad things
No bad things at all
Stipend
None
Biggest Lessons
Being in my first year and because that was my first internship I got inspired by law very much and felt proud that I choose this field as my profession.
