Application Process
I get to know about this N.G.O. through my friend. Its very easy to get internship there. I visited RLEK, weblink available at lawctopus and sent all the required documentation for the internship.
It requires application letter, letters of recommendation from 2 faculties from college, and CV.
Duration of internship and timings
1st October, 2014 – 30th October, 2014
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The office was having good strength. First day we asked fill the form given by internship co-ordinator attached with hard copies of our C.V. , recommendation letter and 2 photographs with our college Identity Proof.
Main tasks
There was actually 2 main tasks to be performed.
1. Research work
2. Field work
We attended few seminars organised bi N.C.W.
We surveyed on RTI at the outskirts of Dehradun.
Work environment and people
Excellent place to work. Staff was supportive and good in nature.
Best things
Best location to work with in. The best thing was mess of the N.G.O. which will make you feel like home.
Bad things
Sometimes you will be bored of sitting idle in N.G.O.
You will made to read books in free time.

Biggest Lessons
I realized how things run in NGO too, apart from other government offices.
