The internship taught me a lot in field of Patents. Starting from day one I got to know the environment of a company and way to work. I was working under Mr. Suman Polavarapu.
Under his able guidance I was able to learn and understand the intricacies of Patent , both from point of view of law and companies, which were very important for getting a thorough knowledge in the field.

Main tasks
My project related to analyzing the economical and legal aspects of Indian Patent Statute in light of foreign jurisdictions.
Thus during my research in the project I had to analyze the similarities and distinctions between Indian Patent Statute and Foreign Statutes, thereby surfacing the pros and cons of such aspects.
