Name of Organisation, Location, Team Strength
Pangea3, New Delhi, around 300
Application Process
Walk-in-interview.
Duration of internship and timings
4 weeks, 10 am – 7 pm.
Sometimes up to 8 pm or 9 pm, depending on your project.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
First impression of the office was good. They’ve got a big office with a cafeteria in each floor.
First two days you have orientation (it’s very boring) where they explain about the organization and the tasks you are required to do. Then you are assigned a project and a team with whom you have to work.
Main tasks
Main task and the only task is document review. Since it is an LPO, the work is outsourced from USA.
They send documents which are to be reviewed by us. They are e-documents and we need to basically categorize them. The work is almost the same from the junior to senior level.
Work environment and people
Work environment is cool. People are friendly over there. You can make most friends in this place. The group managers are also friendly and its very easy to adjust yourself to this place.
Best things
If you need an LPO experience Pangea is the right place. I got to learn how an LPO functions. I also like the table tennis room, but it got closed after a couple of weeks as they needed more space for the work station.
Bad things
The work gets monotonous after a week. There’s only document review to do.
Stipend
Rs. 7, 500 for 4 weeks.
Biggest Lessons
Don’t end up working with an LPO as a measure of last resort. Work only if you like it or else it gets very monotonous after a point of time.
