First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
Office is situated in basement and it is well spaced. First impression was very formal with Sir and he might take a formal interview and ask you couple of questions regarding your previous experiences and legal knowledge.
Main tasks
Drafting of Plaint, Deeds, Agreement and complaints. Research works regarding RBI guidelines, Reading files, Preparation of Briefs. Most of the cases were Civil in nature and regarding the negotiable instrument complaints.
Work environment and people
People over there are very friendly and co-operative and they always eager to guide you only if you deserve to be helped. You can ask for any little help without hesitation.
Best things
Learnt a lot about drafting and filing procedures. You can have Coffee for free to kill you appetite.
Bad things
Nothing as such but carry your own lunch as you wont get anything good and hygienic to eat.
