First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

On the first day I was introduced to all the associates and the partners of the firm. They asked about my interest area between Corporate or Litigation in which I wanted to do the internship.

Main tasks

They usually asked the interns to do the research work.

Work environment and people

The associates were very helpful and before giving us the research work they used to explain us the topic in detail with a lot of patience.

Best things

I learnt a lot from the associates and also on the last day we had to present a project in front of all the partners and also had to give a brief summary of the work that we had done in the firm.

Bad things

If the work was not done up to their expectations then the seniors used to scold us.

Stipend

Rs. 7500

Biggest Lessons

Never go up to the associates saying that you couldn’t complete the task that was allotted to you.

Also if you have to take a leave because of some genuine reason then submit a formal application to your in charge.

Any Other Thing

Never give up! Even if the task that is allotted to you seems difficult and impossible to complete within the deadline, still you should keep trying and give in your best!

Accommodation

I used to commute from home to work as i live in Delhi.

Office Timings

The timings were from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. They were very particular about the timings.
