First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
My first impression was at Kasana sir was that I am an innocent student and don’t much about law because till that time I hadn’t studied the major subject of law and first day was normal, casual and was so boring and the infrastructure of his chamber was also good.
Main tasks
The main work I did in my first internship was nothing much but saw the court proceedings and read files which sir himself used to give us and sometimes his juniors used to guide us( me and friends) about the proceedings and case matter.
Work environment and people
Work environment was good but everyone used to be so busy as Mr. Kasana sir had 7-8 junior advocates plus 4-5 interns.
Best things
Good work environment.
Court visits.
Bad things
I could not learn much. All I had to do was to watch court proceedings and reading files. I couldn’t learn much.

Biggest Lessons
I learnt that ‘Never go for internships until you don’t know anything about the subjects he is dealing with’.
The second thing I learnt was ‘never do internships with your friends‘ because you can’t learn as much as you can. The more the people, the less you learn.
