First impression. First day, formalities etc.
The Founder, Mr. Jimit Shah explained to me, in detail, the nature of work and the kind of tasks I would be required to perform during my internship.
Main tasks
Drafting SME Ipo’s, conducting due diligence, drafting agreements and research work.
Work environment, people
We were a team of 3 interns.
Had lot of fun, along with sharing tasks and doing serious work.
Best things
Sir is quite co-operative and understanding as academics. I would be allowed to leave early on days when I had coaching for CS Exams.
Bad things
Nothing at all.
What did you do to chill? Co-interns, colleagues
Saturdays were the best days of week, with Sir sharing his experiences with us- his law school experience, his Work experience.
Since Sir is also a Photography and Travel Enthusiast, he used to urge us to travel quite often.

Sir used to focus on Quality of work.
Hence, through this internship, I’ve learnt the value of Quality work and how demanding the field is.
He stressed the importance of staying abreast with latest news and also reading bare acts, case laws apart from regular text book material.
I am indebted to Sir for having giving me the chance, despite being from a Non Law Background.
Biggest lessons
Focus on quality and you are never too late to start anything, were the biggest takeaways from this internship.
