First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

My very first Internship, I was all new fresher to both the internship as well as to the office member, was very nervous as well as not at all aware about the internship programmes, but it was really a new and different atmosphere where people were very friendly and I reported to one of the member the the office, she was very cool and friendly, we had a interaction about our college and she introduce me to all other members and aware me about my job responsibility.

Then we started working an organized free health check-up and so on.

Main tasks

The NGO generally takes up and organize the awareness programme for its laborers as the company is involved in construction work.

My main task was:

• Awareness Campaign

• Research on various issues of medical negligence held in free check-up camp.

• Made report of issues faced by the laborers.

Work environment and people

The environment was very friendly and their were lot of people so you can appoach anybody in reagrd to any doubt or any problem.

Best things

The best thing was that the office was situated in Ambience tower, so you can visit the Mall anytime.

Bad things

Making awareness was slight a tough task what I felt is because you have to keep your self charged and calm.

Biggest Lessons

The biggest lesson that I learned was that running an NGO is not a simple task it requires a lot of effort and making awareness among people is another tough work.

Accommodation

I did the up – down from my home only, but one can acquire the PG in Gurgaon, which are available at every corner of Gurgaon.
