Got through reference followed by small interview with Sr. VP-Legal Dept.
Duration of internship and timings
10 Days, 9 AM to 6 PM
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
On the very first day, there was small introduction session with the Sr. VP (Legal) which comprised of legal questions, CV based questions and few constitutional law based questions.
He introduced me to all the staff which involved lawyers as well as CS. I was allotted a desk & a separate desktop PC.
Main tasks
1. To research for the Special Fraud Investigation cases.
2. To assist the counsels on the SEBI and NSE Matters.
3. Preparation of presentations regarding the cases and its proposed winning perspective.
