Application Process

I applied online in the month of August, the email through which application and resume can be sent to info@rajasthanregistrationcenter.com. I completed my internship under Megha Ma’am, Advocate in RRC.

Duration of Internship and timings 

I interned for a period of 4 weeks i.e. from 1 September to 30 September (2018). Daily Tasks and schedule was mailed and I was supposed to send my research work and drafting on weekly basis.

First Week: Trademark

The first week comprised of following tasks:

1. Reading the provisions of Trademark Act and Rules.
2. Reading the opposition matters relating to Trademark Act.
3. Reading and Researching the Case Laws to Section 9 & 11.
4. Case Studies.

Second Week: Drafting

The second week comprised of following tasks:

1. Drafting TM-5, TM-6.
2. Drafting Affidavit under Rule 45, Rule 46.
3. Research on International Trademark Law.

Third Week: Copyright and Design

The third week comprised of following tasks like Reading and researching on Copyright Act and Designs also Case Laws on Copyright Infringement.

Fourth Week: Research & Assignment

Different Topics were given and I was required to make Research Paper on the selected topic- my topic was ‘Data Protection Laws in India’. Submission were to be made only after which the certificates were issued.

Best Things

This internship helped me to research on Trademark Laws and Designs which are not usually taught in Law Schools also the concept on online internship was very suitable as I could to other things parallel to my Internship.
