This firm is brilliant for project finance, refinance and banking. So if anybody is interested in finance and banking, you should definitely intern here once.
On my first day, I was introduced to every member in the office by the Partner. The people here are extremely warm and welcoming. I was assigned one associate under whom I worked for a month.
Main Tasks
My main tasks involved drafting guarantees, post execution opinions, mapping of sanction letters from various banks, assisting in making legal due diligence reports, answering queries, checking stamp duties, etc.
Work environment, People
The best part about this office is that the Partners really care about the interns, everyday the senior partner would ask me what I was doing, whether I could understand everything, etc. The work environment here is very positive, it is very conducive to learning.
Best Things
Since the firm is only a year old, there are around 15 people in the office. So this place is like one big family. Any question you have about anything, however stupid, they will answer it without judging you.
