I applied through the placement cell at Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
Duration of internship and timings
My internship was for a duration of 3 weeks(July, 2014). The timings were 8AM to 8PM with a lunch break and tea break of 30 minutes each.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The office was impressive and rather intimidating at first!
You are immediately briefed about your work and expected to get to work immediately.
Main tasks
The main task that interns are entrusted with is the preparation of Geographical Indication Applications(GIs) for clients which involved tremendous amounts of research.
Work environment and people
The work culture doesn’t allow for any lapses on your part and deadlines are expected to be met without any exceptions.
Mr. Sanjai Gandhi is an amazing person to work under however he is very strict.
Best things
Although there is no stipend you are reimbursed for any expenses you may have incurred in connection with your work.
