There was not a ‘team’ concept but if you have your friends with you from the same college then they may be assign you with same project.

Application process is simple, you have to apply 2 or 3 months before.

Send them a formal letter attached with CV.

Then they will call you (through mail only) for interview.

Duration of internship and timings

1 month. After one month you have to submit the project anyhow in a week.

It was not so regular like you can go or make it on your own at home.

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

First impression: frankly speaking, first impression was average, research officer was friendly.

First day: first day there was a chit system performed, to get project topic on which you have make project report from about 100 topics.

Infrastructure: good, air conditioned offices.

Main tasks

Main task was, you have to submit project report on the topic which was related to human rights in a given month.

Work environment and people

Working environment was good, students from different colleges , NLUs.
