First impression was welcoming. Located in Andheri, it is well connected to the local trains as well as the metro facility. An introduction to the staff and the work was given.
Main Tasks
Since I was assigned to the counselor of Helpage India, my main work revolved around the Helpline number which was for the elderly people.
Mainly research work was given related to the “Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007”.
Was also involved in various legal cases related to the same.
Work environment, People
The work environment is not too hectic. Involves field work and visits.
