First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
I was expecting some office work on the first day but the first day was the toughest, after introduction and some formal talks, I was assigned my work and the area in which I have to work.
Main tasks
Formation of joint liability groups of women of the rural area.
Work environment and people
It is the people who make the environment, so the people were great and helping, if I was in any problem in dealing with any women of the village, one person who helped me out was the President of the NGO.
