You will visit the office personally with your resume for the enquiry about internship.

You interview will be conducted on the same day by Mr. Gaonkar Sir Founder of the said firm or Mis Swati Madam the Partner of the said firm.

Duration of internship and timings

I was worked for 3 months. There is general office timings i.e. 10 to 6.

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

My first day was really good. I was so excited to work in Gaonkar & co. in property matters.

Infrastructure is good. Both Madam & sir are friendly & co-operative. They encourage & guide me about studies & moot practices.

Main tasks

Main task of the firm is Conveyance, Real Estate/Property Matters, Litigation of property etc.

Work environment and people

Work environment is really good. Both madam & sir is very co-operative. Other staff of the firm is also very co-operative.

Madam & Sir provide guidance on the various property matters & cases. High Court Hearing regarding the conveyance matters at Bombay.

You will learn exact things which practically happens in the court/practice of an advocate.

You will learn drafting of various agreements related with property matters. Swati madam has specialisation is drafting, she guide on that & her explanation regarding the same is really helpful.
