Contacted Adv. Abhishek Bhandari telephonically around a month before the internship, followed by a formal mail.

Duration of internship and timings

One month. Timings: depend over the courts.

It’s basically 10:30-3:30 and 6:00-8:00 in the evenings. Off on Sundays!

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

Not much of formalities, just wear formals on court days.

I met Abhishek Sir two days before to get my acceptance letter and all signed.

An amazing infrastructure, 2 rooms,one huge hall, one munshi room, and books all around.

Main Tasks

Researching and drafting.

Abhishek Sir basically deals in banking cases and consumer disputes so you basically can find out cases, search for relevant case laws and prepare drafts.

Work environment and people

The work environment at the office is too friendly and comfortable with immense scope to learn in different fields of law.

Abhishek Sir deals in Banking and Consumer cases whereas Abhay Sir and Ajeet Sir deals with constitution and civil matters. So if you really wish to learn there are many opportunities.

The staff and associates are too helpful and kind.

Best things

All the people in the office including Abhay Sir (Sr. Advocate, Rajasthan High Court), Ajeet Sir, Abhishek Sir, Jitendra Sir and the complete staff is very helpful, kind and provides a great learning experience.

They have a huge villa with an amazing garden where we played football with the kids couple of times.
