After reaching the office Sir met all the interns and had an introductory session, he also briefed us about the kind of work he was engaged into and how we had to function for the month.
It was more of a warm-up session on the first day. All the interns were also briefed about how the files were arranged, how to make brief notes, dates and events of the cases.

To observe and attend several court hearings and other quasi-judicial proceedings before Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, Delhi District Consumer Forum ( Sheikh Sarai), National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and labour authorities in Pushp Bhawan, Delhi.
I assisted in the drafting of a petition, synopsis, police complain under EOW, Application u/s 91 Cr.P.C and legal notice. I was asked to do the research work where I was supposed to find identical case laws and article relating to the case.
Working Environment
This was my second litigation internship and had a wonderful experience. One gets the entire opportunity to take part in each and every sphere of the work.
Sir ensures your involvement in the office from client meeting to cross-examination, filing of fresh suits, drafting. His zeal to teach us was immense, which even encouraged us to work freely.
Sir is extremely helpful, considerate, an amazing motivator and obviously extremely knowledgeable. All the associates are very friendly and always guide the students.
Other than work, one gets to chill a lot even with sir and the associates.
Stipend
No stipend was given generally but Sir gave us INR 2000 as appreciation and I think the knowledge imparted is what values!
