First-day formalities and impressions

I went to the office address mentioned above. I was asked to fill an internship form with my basic details. Then I was introduced to everyone in the office, everyone working here are friendly and they guide us from time to time. Everyone interacts with the interns and even quite friendly and welcomes with a warm gesture.

Main tasks

1. Research and Drafting work on Tax Laws.
2. Read case files.

Good things

Interning in a new field I was a little nervous, but the best thing was that there was plenty of work which made me learn a lot of things in the taxation field. One gets a lot of exposure. Sir is really patient in his approach to addressing the interns concerns and gives enough time for the task to be accomplished.

Also, proper feedback is been given of the work. One is treated as an employee rather than an intern and is given the same set of respect and responsibilities. There is No strict dress code. Coffee and tea are served when required.
