First Day Formalities Initial Impressions
The very first day I wasn’t assigned any work as such. I was supposed to get my daily entry pass made on the first day, for which sir gave me an application to be submitted at the pass counter.
Main Tasks
I was supposed to read the case files at the chamber on Monday and Friday. Rest of the days I was supposed to visit the courts for observing the case proceedings.
While reading case files or bare acts sir used to help with doubts in regard to any law or any technical legal terminology.
Good Things
There wasn’t much strictness in regards to timings one was expected to reach around 10:30- 11:00 and he or she was free to leave by or after lunch i.e. Around 2 P.M.
Bad Things
There’s was no bad things as such except the scorching heat.

I live in Noida. I used to commute to work by metro. Supreme Court is at walking distance from Pragati Maidan Metro station.
Other Info
The food at the cafeteria is so very good and is fully air-conditioned so one can spend his or her lunchtime quite peaceful there.
