First Impression, First Day Formalities
The office is quite big and is at the Commercial Mecca of India Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). It is equipped with all fancy technologies and is impressive with its decor.
On the first day I was given a round up of the whole office, introduced to the whole staff and was given the idea of do’s and don’ts.
Main Tasks
Since, the firm specializes in Private Equity and Venture Capital, I was given the work mainly related to it. Also, there are court visits though litigation matters are not that much in amount but if the requirement arises you might be send to the court.
Work Environment and People
Work Environment is quite friendly at the firm. If you are not aware of anything they will explain you the whole stuff and will guide you during the task performance. This justifies your internship to a great extent.
Best Things
The Knowledge Management Session is the best part of the firm as they take it quite seriously therefore you come to know about the various changes that are taking place in the legal regime.
Bad Things
BKC is a very expensive place so you should make sure that you have access to cheap food. Get yourself accustomed to the various food delivery apps for help.

Biggest Lesson
Be well versed with your research and be prepared regarding the obvious questions pertaining to the same.
Accommodation
I lived at a friend’s flat at grant road though there are various hostels available at the Churchgate area.
