Application Process
I enrolled into AIESEC while they were recruiting.
I happened to stumble upon them while I was attending the law prep class.
I had to go through an interview and fill up a form before I was selected.
Duration of internship and timings
I was selected to work on the Youth to Business Forum that was being organized by AIESEC in Pune, in the capacity of Vice President-Logistics.
My work timings were flexible, requiring me to work whenever I was needed.
The work lasted for about a month.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
AIESEC is a youth organization, hence the work environment was extremely friendly and casual.
But that did not mean that there was any lack of professionalism.
Main tasks
My main job was to get all the logistical work done, from posters to venue organization.
