Duration of internship and timings
I interned for a period of 3 months, but one can get an internship for 4 weeks also.
The office timings are 9:30 to 7.
However, the timings are flexible.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The office is located right opposite to Bombay High Court in the heart of the city next to flora fountain.
The interior is elegant and comfortable.
Main tasks
The work given to the interns is mostly researching case laws and various other things incidental to it.
One may also get some drafting work if one is yearning to learn.
Work environment and people
It’s a counsel’s office; so, obviously court room humors are the major entertainment for the interns and junior advocates.
There is absolutely no formalities required and everyone is free to talk and discuss almost anything and everything in office with everyone, including the boss!
No one scolds any one else and people learn from each other.
As an intern, the respect that one is supposed to get is never compromised.

There is a lot to learn and people are ready to give you work and attention both.
