I was made to wait at the interns room after which I was introduced to Monica ma’am, the HR person. She is quite a classy lady who insisted that all interns should be strictly dressed in formals.
I was allotted three associates under whom I’d be working.
Main tasks
I worked on Tax laws, drafted a partnership deed anf did a slight bit of corporate work too.
Work environment and people
Some of the associates are very helpful. They appreciate the fact that interns are still in the process of learning. The is a healthy atmosphere in the office.
Best things
They serve everyone coffee/tea twice a day.
At the time that I was interning, there were about 7-8 interns. You can speak softly with them and work simultaneously.
Bad things
The office is located in Nizamuddin East. There is no metro connectivity to this area which makes accommodation and travel inconvenient and expensive.
The office is a residential area and lacks small eat-outs or hotels.

Always prioritize orders from superiors.
