Application Process

The application for doing internship in the Consumer Forum was done through the college authority. As the college provides permission letter to the candidate as to give it as a proof to consumer forum president to enroll the student to undertake internship. The application for internship for consumer forum can also made directly by the candidate himself only.

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

The first impression about the forum was was not so good as the infrastructure was not good at all. Small rooms were made as forum. On first day we submitted the permission letter to the president of the forum and afterwards we interact with other members of the office.

Main tasks

The main task was to understand and learn the process as to how to file a case. What are the main points which needs to be inserted in the case and also to learn the process and format in which a file of the case can be filed. The task also includes how to make arguments and defend them.

Work environment and people

The work environment in the forum was not so good as it lack the infrastructure and proper management of the office. The people in the office are helpful and also provides basic knowledge about every case.

Best things

The best thing is that we can get access to new and decide case files very easily and also the behaviour of the office people was friendly.

Bad things

The court proceeding were not fixed and it was not performed in proper process.

Always try to study things very deeply and use an open mind while interpretation of the case.

The internship provides you the idea about the basics which are essential for filling an suit in the court and also assist us to learn the language which is used for the filling of a case.
