There is no 1st day formality as such, your team will allot you work.

- Research on SEBI Regulations
- Drafting of affidavits, agreements etc.
- Due diligence
Work environment, people
The firm has strict departmentalization with respect to the Partners they work for. People are co-operative and ready to teach you work.
But as anywhere else, you will have to show your willingness to work and then only you can expect a response.
You will always be loaded with work, as this happened with me and you might be asked to do the same work again if the thing is not appropriate or not according to what was desired.
If you are lucky to be allotted to a good team, you can enjoy Saturday lunches, brunches with your team.

You will get a lot of exposure and a lot to learn.
They take work of the intern seriously and actually use it for their work.
They will acknowledge you if you prove yourself ‘beyond reasonable doubt’.
