First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

On the first day, Sir asked me about my interests and assigned me work accordingly. I accompanied his team to the High Court. I was assigned research work in the evening.

Main tasks

Drafting, research, attending court proceedings and client counselling sessions.

Work environment and people

The team was really helpful and enthusiastic. I was always assigned work that interested me and the junior lawyers helped me whenever I faced any difficulties. Sir discussed the progress of our work with all the interns every evening.

I learnt how to apply law to complex situations.
